Par has also served the Law Society of Singapore in its various sub committees. She is also a member of the Singapore Law Academy and is also a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, London. Par is an alumna of both Wolverhampton University and the Singapore Management University. Par was also a member of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, The Singapore Teacher’s Union, The United Nations Association of Singapore, The Rotary Club, The Tamils Representative Council, Indian Activity Executive Committee (IAEC) and MCCY Family Ambassador over various phases of her life. She is also an active grassroots leader who has served as the Hon Secretary of Residents Committee and is currently a serving member of the Inter Racial Confidence Circle of the Nee Soon Central Constituency. About Me
Par is a senior lawyer based in Singapore. She is a Barrister-at-Law called to the Bar of England and Wales and an Advocate and Solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore. Par serves as a Legal Consultant with Wilberforce TJC Law Corporation. Her current legal work greatly involves personal data protection and corporate matters. She is a certified Data Protection Practitioner with the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She also writes legal articles. Her publications can be found in Asia Law Network. Prior to this, Par served as a Chief Executive Officer of a registered society. She initiated and drove the development strategies of the Society. She oversaw all its operational activities and served as the nexus between the executive management and stakeholders spanning numerous projects, leaders, organizations, members, sponsors and donors. In this role, she is consistently recognized for driving collaboration across projects and teams, and introducing novel and impactful events and frameworks which optimized results. One key achievement was securing the land for the Society’s relocation. Aside from her legal work, Par has also served the Law Society of Singapore in its sub committees. She is currently serving in various organisations, and an active community leader.
