Liang Kok has been doing solicitor's work for local and foreign clientele, and across borders, since 1992. As a Senior Director in the Firm's Corporate, Banking & Finance Department which also consists of the following practice groups – Corporate Governance & Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Asset & Wealth Management, Technology & e-Commerce, Knowledge Management, one of his principal responsibilities is to ensure that even though the Firm has expanded into the full service and speciality law corporation it is today, it continues to provide clients with customised services at competitive rates and with that personal touch as when it was first set-up. Liang Kok has been invited to give talks organized by Enterprise Promotion Centres, Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore Polytechnic Graduates Guild and DocCredits, on topics such as Start-Up Business Ventures, Company Directors’ Duties and Liabilities, Negotiating and Drafting Joint Venture Contracts, Introduction to Agency, Distributorship, Licence & Franchise and Legal Aspects of Structured Trade Finance. He has also tutored for the Legal Case Studies course at the National University of Singapore. Outside of practice, Liang Kok has also served as an advisor for a S-League club.
